XS8500 3A, Ultra-Low Dropout Voltage Regulator

General Description The XS8500 is a high accuracy (±1% over line, load, and temperature), low dropout voltage regulator that is capable sourcing 3A. The XS8500 provides two types of output voltage category. First, the XS8500 implements various fixed output voltage versions with internal resistor setting. Besides, this series also provides adjustable output voltage version and the output voltage is up to 3.3V. For the efficiency and  thermal considerations, XS8500 is designed with quite low RDS_ON which features low dropout voltage on XS8500. Furthermore, the XS8500 provides several  protections including current limit protection, thermal protection and PGOOD indicator. The XS8500 provides optional two types of packages such as PSOP-8 and WDFN-10.

 

PS8501 2μA IQ, 300mA Low Dropout Linear Regulator

General Description The PS8501 is a low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator with features ultra-low quiescent current, high PSRR, and low dropout voltage. PS8501 is suited for battery power equipment, portable communication equipment like smart phone and cameras device owing PS8501 is features ultra-low quiescent at no load about less than 1.5uA.  The PS8501 provided operating input voltage from 1.2V to 5.5V and output current up to 300mA. It also features ±2% output voltage tolerance over the entire output current, input voltage, and temperature range.  Furthermore, PS8501 retains all of the features that are common to low dropout regulators including a low dropout PMOS pass device, short circuit protection,  and thermal shutdown. The PS8501 provides optional two types of packages such as SOT-235 and ZQFN4L-1X1.

 

PS8502 2μA IQ, 600mA Low Dropout Linear Regulator

General Description The PS8502 is a low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator with features ultra-low quiescent current, high PSRR, and low dropout voltage. With less than 1.5uA  quiescent current at no load, the PS8502 is ideally suited for standby micro-control-unit systems, especially portable equipment like smart phone,  cameras, and other battery-operated systems. The PS8502 retains all of the features that are common to low dropout regulators including a low dropout PMOS pass device, short circuit protection, and thermal shutdown. The PS8502 operating input voltage from 1.2V to 5.5V, operating output current up to 600mA, −40°C to 125°C operating temperature range, and ±2% output voltage tolerance over the entire output current, input voltage, and temperature range. The PS8502 provides optional two types of packages such as SOT-235 and ZQFN4L-1X1.

 

PS8503 3A, Ultra-Low Dropout Voltage Regulator

General Description The PS8503 is a high accuracy (±1% over line, load and temperature), low dropout voltage regulator that is capable sourcing 3A. The PS8503 provides two types of output voltage category. First, the PS8503 implements various fixed output voltage versions with internal resistor setting. Besides, this series also provides adjustable output voltage version and the output voltage is up to 3.3V. For the efficiency and thermal considerations, PS8503 is designed with quite low RDS_ON which features low dropout voltage on PS8503. Furthermore, the PS8503 provides several protections including current limit protection, thermal protection and PGOOD indicator.  The PS8503 is available in WDFN-10 package.
