In addition to implementing trade secret protection policies internally, cooperating with security measures for the environment and equipment, and conducting regular education and training, the personnel selection process is also very stringent. Prior to joining the company, employees must sign a trade secret protection agreement to ensure that they respect the trade secrets of their former employer before they may join.
