Voltage Supervisors with RESET Function

General Description
The XS3500 is a low power voltage supervisor. With 3μA low supply current. In order to meet most of digital applications, XS3500 provides internally fixed threshold voltage from 1.2V to 5V with 0.1V per step. The XS3500 offers supervisory function by monitoring VDD voltage level to pull pin high or low. As VDD is dropped below the reset threshold voltage VOL, RESET signal is initiated. Besides, XS3500 provides two different RESET signal behaviors, active-low and active-high, and 4 RESET active delay time, 0ms, 55ms, 220ms and 450ms.
All above functions are integrated in SOT-23- 3, SOT-23-3(Left type), and SOT-23-5 packages. |
